How things can change in one week! Lets hope we return to form for the match this Sunday boys.
First 10 minutes went well, but then a shot at goal from Nascot Wood slipped through Josh's fingers to go one nil down. Despite a good attack at goal from Jack and Adam and a good goal kick from Josh up the field we were 3 nil down by half time! A change of goal keeper at Half Time saw Harvey really rise to the challenge with some excellent saves. Even though there were several more good attacks at goal by the Abbots Youth boys, including an Adam and Josh combo just missing target, the end result was an 8 nil defeat. An excellent whole team approach again, with Archie running his little socks off all match, but at the end of the day, Nascot Wood put out a strong team and found the space they needed to take control of the match.
