7 a side U6 to U10 Squads ie School year 1 to School year 5
Generally our squads are full, potential players will be accepted onto the waiting lists with priority going to those children living in the Village and attending one of the local schools - Abbots Langley, Bedmond, Divine Saviour, Tanners Wood, St Paul’s or with a sibling already a fully paid up member of AYFC.

Potential Players can be added to the waiting list when they are in their Reception year at school for the following year under 6 squad. If you wish to register your child please contact the Membership Secretary via this contact form.

Spaces for additional players will be advertised as appropriate including on the AYFC website and potential players applying in response to these adverts can respond direct to the relevant Team Managers and may come from alternate schools/areas.

At all times entry to a Squad is at the discretion of the relevant Team Manager and or the AYFC Committee.

Every year, new coaches are required to support each team, any parent/carer who wishes to become a Team Manager should contact the Club Secretary. If Team Managers are not forthcoming in a particular year, we are unlikely to be able to run a squad for that year group.

11 a side U11 to U18 Squads ie School year 6 to School year 13
There is more movement of players in these squads, potential players should indicate their interest in joining directly to the relevant team manager via email or phone (you can find contact details and a contact form under the relevant team information for each age group). If space is not available, you will remain on the waiting list and be contacted if a place becomes available.

Living in Abbots Langley Village will be an advantage but in practice players in these squads come from a wider area and broader range of schools.

At all times entry to a Squad is at the discretion of the relevant Team Manager and or the AYFC Committee.
